Nova spent years living outside on a property with dozens of other dogs, contained by a chain, and having multiple litters of puppies. Despite her origins, she is the most affecionate, calm girl. She’s incredibly loving despite not being shown care previously. She’s learning the sights and sounds of a neighborhood through daily walks, sleeps in her crate without protest. and doen’t mind other dogs.

Though she has now been spayed and brought UTD on vaccines, due to her previous lack of care - she‘s unfortunately heartworm positive. Over the course of the next 3 months she will be undergoing treatment which requires maintaining a calm environment for recovery. We hope to have her forever home lined up by the time her treatment is completed later this summer.

She is UTD on vaccines, has been kept on flea/tick prevention, & is already spayed.
