Opal is a 10-week-old pittie mix who is as sweet as her name suggests. We think she may be mixed with a smaller breed as she’s rather petite. This little gem is a wonderfully well-rounded puppy with a loving personality and just the right balance of playful and cuddly.

She’s people-friendly and happy to make new friends. When she’s not busy being a typical curious puppy, she’s more than ready to curl up for some snuggles. Opal sleeps through the night like a champ and is already getting the hang of a routine.

She’s also very dog-friendly & fostered with several who are showing her the ropes. She shows a bit of sass when it comes to sharing food and toys so feeding separately is a must until she realizes she will always have what she needs. She does have a tendency to chase cats, so a feline-free home would be best.

Like any young pup, Opal is still working on potty training, but she’s off to a great start. Overall, she’s a happy, adaptable little puppy who is ready to continuing learning in her forever home.

Opal is UTD on age appropriate vaccines, kept on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her spay & microchip will be covered by the rescue when 6 months of age.
